To leverage the power of uniting our voices and actions, I join women around the world as I commit to:

• Find every opportunity to connect with others and initiate conversations about our shared future and what we can do together in our neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, etc. I learn from others and share what I know.
• Begin each day by using my power of creativity to visualize a healthy world at peace and send love to all beings, knowing that this "invisible" act changes the world.
• Find a way to support at least one woman less fortunate than myself and to practice gratitude for the life I have.
• Take accountability for my own well-being: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so that I am a resilient renewable resource. I keep a light heart, an open mind, and a generous spirit.
• Act as if we are one and never fall prey to the delusion of separateness. I understand that none of us can do it alone but we can definitely do it together.
